Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee 3\. Immediate eviction 4\. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate DOGS ALLOWED: We allow dogs only, a max of two dogs for a $250 pet fee. PARKING: Guests are permitted 2 vehicles: we can accommodate 1 vehicle in the driveway and a 2nd vehicle is allowed to park on the street. Please be sure to follow parking rules and signs, there is no parking on the home side of the street. \*\*RVs and trailers are not permitted CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES: For security purposes, there are two outdoor cameras that monitor the front door, driveway and back door. Cameras are there to help monitor weather, and are for guests' safety. There are no indoor cameras. \*\*Tampering with cameras is immediate cause for eviction.
