« I stayed 4 nights in the Executive Suite. Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Both tables in the living area were dirty & rubbish had not been taken out. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. I had to ask for some cleaning spray & cloth so I could clean the filthy...

« Efficient and seamless check-in. Room was situated next to neighbouring day care center which was noisy and loud. We had to keep our sliding door shut to reduce noise and couldn't enjoy outdoor seating due to loud noise from machinery in the nearby rooms. Carpark is conveniently situated next to rooms. Everything was clean and spotless. »

« The room smelt terrible and was not clean, particularly the bathroom. The service was poor, milk and coffee not replaced from one day to the next. Noise from guests leaving at 4.30am woke me as the door didn’t even lock properly and I had to put a chair against the door… terrible experience and I paid for three nights. »
