« Very nice home in a lovely area. Walking distance to Gypsy Hill Park. Beds are VERY soft, too soft but otherwise wonderful. »

« The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

« Lovely house, very well appointed with everything in the kitchen you could ever need. Good set up with a bathroom for each bedroom. We loved the creek running through the backyard and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. »

« We stayed at this property for a girls’ getaway weekend in Lexington. The house was well-stocked and really clean, everything worked great and we had clear instructions throughout the house. The house was also very centrally located to all the things we wanted to do (Safari Park, Natural Bridge, downtown Lexington and wineries). Driveway was a little rough of a climb but that’s to be expected in the mountains. Thank you so much for hosting our wonderful stay! »
