"The staff was amazing! Location was perfect for our event. The room was clean, extra towels were available, plenty of refreshments and beverages for purchase if needed, continental breakfast was only muffins and yogurt but the yogurt was divine. "

"The views were nice, but this felt like we stayed at a 2 star hotel- Outdated rooms, many stains on room 2311’s carpets, stains on the drapes, terribly slow service at the restaurant (shouldn’t take almost 1.5 hours for breakfast; then to learn the cook went on break, which is why we sat so long). The manager was dismissive of our concerns and unpleasant to encounter. An overall negative experience."

"Yes my room overlooked the beach, but the photo you used for the room was actually the lobby, so it was deceiving. I left the hotel after the first night. The room had a terrible smell like air freshener that was trying to cover up something. I went to another hotel. I would like a refund for my 2nd night."
