"Just an overnight trip but ideal place to stay for value.Do wish there was a shuttle service to casino for show we went to but was truly about a 5 minute drive."

"Pros…location right off the Mass Pike and 10 minutes from downtown Springfield. Looked modern, and was very clean. Staff was nice. Cons…paper thin walls. The guests around us were loud but it was a Saturday night and probably enjoyed some beverages but they weren’t obnoxiously loud, we just heard everything through the walls. Every laugh, every word, and worse every hacking cough. I wish I spent a little more and stayed at the casino. The breakfast was an average chain hotel buffet. Not bad, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, pancakes, and cereal. Coffee was good. If you’re under 30 and just want a place to crash for the night it’s probably fine. I wouldn’t bring my family or stay for business. "

"Probably was misleading about amenities! I signed up for a swimming pool which is picture and made to look indoor but in actually was an outdoor pool that was closed. The beds were broken and slanted in the rooms. Bathroom was smelling really bad as if it was just used before we came in. The worst place I've ever stayed in I felt embarrassed that I had my children with me"

"Took a shower got out had paint stuck to my foot I have a picture,sheets had stains like they weren’t changed , pillow cases smears. I understand it’s not a Marriott butt was the wrist red roof room I’ve had"

"The hot tub was not functioning and the pool was so cold it was unusable without the hot tub. The hot tub was exactly the reaon we chose the property over other hotels. The weekend with two upset kids = bad weekend."
