The house is comfortable, quiet, and everything worked, which often isn't the case with beach front properties due to the salt and damp. The cool evenings and the roar of the surf made me sleep like a darted hippo. The only drawback is that the deck is not gated, so your four-legged friends can wander off if not watched closely.
