With the sandy beaches of Waldport, Oregon just out the back door, this newly-renovated oceanfront home is the perfect choice for large groups looking for an Oregon Coast vacation. Inside, there are eight bedrooms spread out over 5,500 square feet, including five king suites, each with a private bath. The other three bedrooms have a king bedroom, two queens bedroom, and a bunk room that can sleep 6\. Between two family rooms, a theater room, and a game room in the garage, there is plenty of room for up to 12 people to spread out and enjoy their stay. For the outdoors enthusiast in your party, there are miles of sandy beaches to explore, as well as a sparkling tidal creek just about 50 yards from the back door. Whether you’re planning a getaway for the whole family, a reunion, or a get together for 12 of your closest friends, The Oregon Beach House in Waldport is sure to be a hit. The whole house is yours. Private back yard with path to the ocean. Fire pit and hot tub, too. Management can be reached during your stay through email and cell phone. Right on the beach! First night we arrived the hot tub was in vomit worthy condition. Water was visibly dirty white and smell was disgusting. We called them the next day, a tech came out and told us that he will drain the water and it will reheat in 4-5 hours. That was not the case, it took 11 hours to reheat, so we barely got to use it! When we called again they told us “ you were misinformed”. The whole group complained about the pillows, they were hard as a rock! Some towels looked like rags. The walls and wood work was very dirty! Literally dirt and snot smeared in the hallways. They charge $550 for cleaning but only one person showed up to clean this huge house after us. No wonder the cleaning person can’t keep up with it all. Worst of all is that we used the dishwasher one time and they are blaming a broken dishwasher on us! With hundreds of people going in and out of this house they decided to blame the overused, old, broken dishwasher on us and kept our deposit! And then They had the audacity to email me that they considered CHARGING us for the hot tub refill!
