Improvements will include new kitchen and appliances including dishwasher: More info and pics to come by February Relaxing Location and Steps from the Beach and Fantastic Sunsets. This unit is part of a duplex and offers a wood deck with nice ocean views. Our Weekend Getaway Offers Basic Amenities to Rest and Enjoy Quiet Time; Smart TV, WIFI available. Great Cell Reception. Duplex Apartment #1 has 2 Bedrooms; 1 Queen Bed and 1 Full Bed. Space/Wall Heaters keep it plenty warm. Walk-in shower, fully stocked kitchen, stove, and full-size refrigerator. Currently there is beach access next to the A-Frame (left side trail). Depending on the weather and storms, beach erosion can change this. You can use Patterson Park, which is adjacent to the cul-de-sac. Hear and see the ocean. Super convenient off Hwy 101 and South of Waldport and only 8 miles north of Yachats. We are very easy to text with and can get back to you quickly. Please be advised unit next door could be booked too. Waldport is a lovely small coastal town, "where the forest meets the sea" Famous for crabbing in Alsea Bay. Close proximity to quaint and artsy Yachats to the south and fun filled Newport with its awesome aquarium and waterfront to the north. Car is needed. Park on the side you booked in front of the garage. It was cool and the wall heaters put out plenty of heat. It is in a good location south of Waldport. My only disappointment was I thought I would see the ocean out the window. It does have a good view of the ocean on the deck. The maintenance person Scott was great. He came over immediately if there was a problem. The house is basic but definitely worth the money.
