Beautifully appointed, spacious, family friendly Waldport beach home boasts 3200 square feet of living space with plenty of room for large gatherings. Enjoy expansive ocean views with easy beach access just across the street. 3+ bedrooms, 2.5 baths, theater, game room, gourmet kitchen, and new hot tub! Sleeps 12-14.

Newer 2001 open concept floor plan home with main living area on second floor overlooking 5 miles of pristine ocean. Quiet neighborhood of single family homes. Two miles from Waldport and within 20 minutes of both Newport and Yachats. Fenced backyard to let pets run.

Gourmet chef's kitchen open to the living room with a conveniently located outdoor grill just steps away makes entertaining easy. Outdoor wraparound deck with hammock, large couch, and unobstructed ocean views are perfect for relaxing on sunny days.

Entertainment: Wifi, Sonos sound throughout, 65” TV in the living room overlooking the ocean, 150" HD projection screen in the theater, shuffleboard, pool table, air hockey, hot tub, board games.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom is off the living room with queen bed, gas fireplace, small sitting deck, and gorgeous master bath with shower and large soaking tub. French doors connect the master to the front sitting room. Leave the doors open to enjoy the ocean views or close them to create another private bedroom with a queen Serta Neverflat air mattress.

Located downstairs is a private bedroom with queen bed and view of the ocean and a quiet bunk room with four queen beds and room darkening shades. There are also large comfortable couches available, making it easy to spread out even more.

Other:
Parking for up to 6 cars. Wagon and wheelbarrow available to carry items down to the beach. Firewood available upon request. Top of stairs baby gate, high chair, Baby Einstein Neptune’s Ocean Discovery Jumper plus other miscellaneous baby toys available for use.

OTHER CHARGES AND FEES, PLEASE READ:

Please note, if you are bringing a pet a $50 flat fee will be charged per animal per stay. Please let us know in advance at the time of booking how many pets will be joining your group. We reserve the right to charge a $200 carpet cleaning fee if we discover that pets were brought into the home without advance permission.

PLEASE NOTE:

As with all homes in this area, our HOA has very tight restrictions on parking any sort of boat, trailer or RV in front of the house. If you wish to park one we are happy to apply for approval but will need a couple of weeks notice and approval is not guaranteed.

We stayed at Kevin and Erin's beautiful beach house 2 weeks ago and were delighted in every way. It is a lovely house with all the amenities and so much more! The house was spotless, well-appointed and maintained. They, as hosts, were extremely responsive and attentive. We have stayed at many vacation homes and put this one right at the top of our list. If you choose to stay here you won't be disappointed. Just perfect!

Beach Family Reunion

Erin and Kevin's home is spectacular and they were great hosts. The kitchen is fully equipped, each bedroom and bath has every amenity. The views are amazing, 5 minutes to the beach for amazing sunsets. The bedrooms, great room, bar and movie room offer relaxation. Perfect house for families. Every area is a 10 plus. We would stay here again..in a heartbeat.

Perfect beach house!

This was the perfect beach house - ocean views, quick walk to the beach, beautiful backyard with a hot tub and a stunning house with everything you need and more! Loved staying in this home with our family and would love to come back again. The bunk room and projector screen for movies was perfect for our kids!

Fabulous!

This was a great place to stay with all of the necessary amenities. The kitchen was well equipped, and the property had everything we needed, and then some! It was close to the beach and we had a lovely time. It was also a plus to have a fenced backyard for our dogs and kids.

All We Hoped It Would Be

This home was beautiful and the location was amazing, too. It was clean and comfortable and had a lot of little extra personal touches that made it even more enjoyable. We all thought the beds were very comfortable. The view of the ocean from the living room is awesome. We all enjoyed our stay here.

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals on the coast and this one was the absolute best. The house was very clean and had all the amenities anyone could ask for. Kevin & Erin saved the day!

My sister turned 30 in October of this year and we wanted to surprise her with a special night on the coast since she was unable to gather with friends due to COVID. My mom, my (other) sister and I had been planning and preparing a meal and celebration for weeks. The day of her birthday, as we were driving from Eugene and attempting to coordinate the surprise with her partner, we received word from the Airbnb host that the previous guests had not checked out and they could not reach them. Our day turned into a complete fiasco and we did not have anywhere to stay. Just as it was looking like we would have to drive back to Eugene, Erin (promptly) returned my message and allowed me to book their house last minute. She took a lot of time out of her day to help make it happen. Let me tell you, being able to stay at Kevin & Erin's home made up for everything! The house is absolutely gorgeous and we just managed to catch the ocean sunset through the panoramic windows. My sister soaked in the hot tub while the rest of us set up our little dinner. We loved the open floorplan of the well-stocked kitchen, the amazing sound system, the luxurious master bedroom, and the home theater system! We all couldn't get over the very cushy carpet- which makes the whole living room feel so cozy and inviting. We all slept super well- even the bunk bed mattresses are VERY comfortable (my 65-year-old mama slept great) and the bedding is all high-quality. There is a very detailed instruction sheet that gives helpful information about things like the sound system and the tv. Erin was super responsive when I had any questions and a delight to communicate with. Yes, the house is luxurious but it's also very warm and inviting. We couldn't be happier with our stay and will definitely be booking it for gatherings in the future. Thank you so much, Erin and Kevin!
