Miles of Sandy Beach! Hot Tub! Dog Friendly! Stay relaxed vacationing at Alicia by the Sea. This Sweet Home is loaded with amenities to please you! The beach access is fantastic with a private and very easy path right off the deck. It leads you onto a pristine 7 mile beach! Jog for miles or explore the mouth of the Alsea River where it's fun to watch fishing boats haul in fresh salmon and dungeness crab. The views in this home are endless, framed by a wall of windows facing the mighty Pacific. Alicia by the Sea is a bright an sunny one level floor plan situated on a quiet country cul de sac right on the ocean. There are 3 bedrooms plus a private den and 2 full baths with a game room in the garage. In the front courtyard, protected from the afternoon breeze, is an ocean view hot tub and a picnic table set in a natural coastal garden setting. One bedroom, set away from the others for privacy, has a queen bed, ocean view and shares a full bath. On the other side of the home is the primary bedroom with a king bed and commanding ocean view. The primary bedroom shares a large full bath with the other bedroom on this side of the home, which features a king bed that can be split in to 2 twins with advance notice. There is also a private den with a queen sleeper sofa (a perfect 4th bedroom) down the hall. This Sweet Home has a very comfortable floor plan and you are sure to feel relaxed by the setting, the soothing color palate and design of the home. From lighthouses to forest trails and scenic lookouts, the list of activities and sights to enjoy is endless! The quaint town of Waldport is an excellent location to base all of your central coast explorations from. Sleeps up to 8 - 3 Bedrooms + den, 1 King, 1 King (that can be separated into two extra long Twin beds -- with 72 hour advance notice), 1 Queen and 1 Queen sofa sleeper in the den and 2 twin rollaways, 2 baths. Vehicles: Licensed for 3 (Strictly enforced) Standard: 3 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. \*Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. The views don't disappoint, and we enjoyed having a large home with a full uninterrupted view of the beach. However, the house itself is in need of a little care, some baseboards need replacing badly. The beds were VERY soft, and the pots and pans were unusable, they need to be replaced as the nonstick was peeling in nearly every pot or pan in the kitchen. Home needs some maintenance and the game room in the converted garage was very uninviting since it wasn't a part of the house and freezing out there in Nov. Had some confusion with checking in. Very small kitchen workable for two people. Would consider staying again but for six of us, we'd prefer a bigger kitchen ##### Allyson P. Bugs, ants and spiders! All the furniture in the living room and chairs at the ocean side table need replaced! Find pub height stuff so your guests can see out. sitting low your unable to see the ocean! The beach was great, but the steps to it were too unstable for an elderly member of the family. The house served us very well with lots of room for everyone to be comfortable. Well stocked home. Very comfortable. Very pretty; very spacious. Didn’t get a chance to use the game room but it looked really great. Quiet neighborhood. Close to lots of fun excursions. Saw sea lions from the back deck. Hot tub super clean and worked great. Gorgeous view and sunsets. Definitely recommend!! Just a few negatives: -very tiny ants in the bedrooms. Not a huge deal since we aren’t too bothered by ants. Just grateful they weren’t something worse! -windows were a little smudged -carpets/rugs could use a good cleaning as they had a slight odor -window blind in bathroom needs replaced as the glass shower lines up directly with the window and the neighbors’ upper level. -beach access was a cliff we had to jump off and then we had to climb up a log to get back up.
