« Cute, clean, well appointed cottage! Communication with host excellent. Great location just a few minutes drive to FSU! Bed was comfortable with high quality linens. Very clean bathroom, kitchen and living space. Perfect for one or two people. AC nice and cool! Everything new. All in, definitely recommend. Enjoy your stay in Tallahassee! Kudos to the hosts on keeping the charm while renovating this cottage. »

« This was a new listing with no reviews, but we booked it anyways because we needed a place where we could park two cars filled with dorm stuff. We were told it was a gated community and there was a garage we could use. The gates never closed, but thankfully both cars fit in the garage. The unit had excellent air conditioning and plenty of hot water for showers. Beyond that, this property was not ready to be listed. « We stayed here because my husband got a job in Tallahasee from DC area. He has roommates so we rented with VRBO. The place was nice and it accepted dogs w/o a fee. That was a plus!!! We enjoyed every minute of it. Will definitely consider staying here again when I come back to visit my husband. »

« older home needs a little updating with decor and maintenance. We could not sit in living room all together and watch a movie comfortably because couch was small and no other furniture. Outdoor table is small and a little dangerous. beds were comfortable but could use headboards to make it look homey. Front steps could be power washed We have stayed in a lot of Rentals and this one is ok but with a little Pinterest it could be much better. »

« We've stayed in a few homes in the forgotten coast area, but this is probably the nicest, inside and out! The home is modern and comfortable, with lots of amenities that make the stay more enjoyable/fun. The entire house is great, but we spent lots of time on the screened back patio - it had a great view of the water with soft seating, good fans and ocean breezes. Thank you! »
