Perched atop a 500-metre uphill driveway, the tiny home offers sweeping views of surrounding farmland, native bush, and open countryside, with only a few distant homes to interrupt the landscape. For those eager to explore, nearby attractions include Doctor’s Point Reserve and the Orokonui Lagoon Walk, making it the perfect outdoor play for nature lovers and tranquil coastal walks. A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. IMPORTANT NOTE: There are two holiday homes located close enough for guests who wish to socialize, while still offering ample space and privacy for those who prefer a more secluded stay. The tiny home will be situated in a flat, graveled area and surrounded by native plantings to provide both shelter and privacy. Guest Access: Guests will have access to our cozy tiny home and are welcome to: \- Walk or drive on the main driveway \- Enter other areas of the property if invited by the owner or family members.
