The condo is located in the heart of Waipahu, a vibrant and diverse neighborhood on Oahu. The area offers easy access to shopping at Waikele Premium Outlets, dining, parks, and schools. It`s conveniently close to H-1 freeway entrances for quick commutes around the island. Nearby attractions include Pearl Harbor, golf courses, and local farmers markets. Waipahu blends island tradition with everyday convenience, making it a great place to stay or live.

While public transportation (TheBus) is available and fairly reliable, a car provides much greater flexibility—especially for visiting nearby attractions like Pearl Harbor, Waikele Premium Outlets, North Shore beaches, or more remote parts of the island. Waipahu is a suburban area, so many destinations are spread out. A rental car makes exploring Oahu far more convenient and time-efficient.

Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned home in a neighborhood community. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on-site 24/7.
Please do not remove or rearrange any items, any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest.
Additional guests not listed on the reservation are not allowed.
Please keep the lanai door closed and the front door locked when you are not present in the unit
A fee of $50 plus shipping will be charged for the return of any items left behind.

Please treat the home and its furnishings with care.A $25 charge will apply for stains on items.A $50 charge will apply for handling and shipping of lost & found items.These policies help us maintain the property in excellent condition and ensure smooth service for all guests. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE UNIT or on the unit property unless explicitly designated by a sign designating an area for smoking. Additionally if the smell of smoking Tobacco, Hemp, Clove, Marijuana or any other organic or inorganic substances is observed inside the unit upon your departure there will be a $500 charge. Additionally, any evidence of illegal substances (Marijuana or other illegal substances) left behind by guests will be reported to authorities. We want you to enjoy your time with us, but we have ZERO TOLERANCE for Drug use and our properties are SMOKE FREE.
