We had a great stay at Maalaea Banyans. The condo was very clean, well stocked and the property was well maintained and cared for. The only confusion we had was about assigned parking spaces and registering our car.

#### Enjoyed my stay

This is a compact, everything you need place. I spent a lot of time sitting, looking out at the bay and listening to the breakers, while listening to kmno or kine radio ( Hawaiian music) on the Alexa device. It came on unexpectedly in the middle of the night my first night, so I made sure to turn the volume down before I went to bed. I wasn’t sure how to fix it other than turn it down! The couch is a little worn and not that comfortable, but the chairs were fine. The bed was comfortable, but the linens could be upgraded. It was a little stressful being advised to park in a certain numbered spot when no spots were numbered. When i asked about it i was told that the board has done away with the designated parking spots . If they would’ve updated their instruction’s that could have been avoided. I mean we’re there to relax, right? Management was responsive when I was concerned so that’s a plus. It’s not in the description of the condo, but there are two beach chairs, two coolers, ice packs in the freezer. The beach on the property is small but you can watch the turtles pop their little heads up! The grounds are very well kept and the pool is pristine. I did not use the hot tub. I would stay here again. It was quiet and easy to get to and from other locales.

Condo was exceptionally clean, kitchen had plenty of the necessary tools and cookware to enjoy a few homemade meals. Pillows left a lot to be desired, they seemed to offer no support, but the mattress was perfect. Definitely found this condo enjoyable with an exceptional view and location was nice and quiet. Very clean pool and grounds!
