Check in was fast and easy. Bethany at check out was awesome!!! Best customer service! I would like the option of not having towels washed every day to be more eco friendly. Great to just go to breakfast and not have to give room number or check in. Nice to walk right out to the board walk!

Easy to find and everyone was very good with the Aloha spirit. After our condo had suffered damage they were great at getting us in. No problem with our dog as he is a service animal. Shea at the morning breakfast is great at talking story and telling us about the great food choices in south Maui. Janis the manager made sure our stay was comfortable and had plenty of information. House keeping was great and offered extra towels and loved meeting Gus the super dog.

We enjoyed our stay here. Short walk to the shops at Wailea. The parking was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Perhaps a little updating and refresh could make it a little nicer. Staff was great and super helpful.

Great economical stay in Wailea
Very clean, family friendly hotel. Beautiful lobby with the best staff! Very economical- breakfast included is a huge bonus. Stayed for one night only on our way to another Marriott property in Kaanapali but loved our time. Highly recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and it does not disappoint. The staff all around are amazing. Extremely friendly and helpful. We had great conversations with the front desk, cleaning crew and the girl who handled the activities. All of them were awesome and they seem to love their jobs. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning crew does an amazing job when you need them to freshen up. The breakfast is good, the facilities are clean and beautiful. The location to the best beaches in Maui is fantastic. I can’t wait to book our next family trip! Mahalo Residence Inn Wailea for making our family Trip so much more enjoyable

This hotel was great! I first want to say the staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Appreciated the complimentary breakfast every morning. The pool was great! Didn’t stay long enough to do any group activities but I’m sure the staff would have made that very enjoyable. Would 100% come back!

Great facility - workout room is the best and breakfast although redundant day to day, still pretty good. Friendly staff, well kept suite and with kitchen well stocked for making meals. Quiet air conditioning which goes off automatically when you open glass door. Perfect for a week get away. We did find ourselves driving quite a bit to Lahina because of the shopping and dining options. On the last day, we discovered MonkeyPod which was fab and a short walk from hotel.

The front desk management cause completely rude and told us that they cancelled our reservation and all of our money was lost, and condescendingly offered to allow us to make a new reservation as a “walk in” and pay there.

Nice location in Wailea. Close to shops and restaurants. Short drive / longer walk to the beach. Pool shallow and family friendly for young ones. Breakfast is included which is nice and convenient. Higher priced than other more luxurious hotels in the area. Daily extra costs including parking add up quickly and significantly increase cost of stay.

Great last minute stay
Beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. 800 bucks a night was a shock, but our flight home got cancelled, and this was the cheapest option. Breakfast was great, and the pool area is nice. However there were a bunch of kids running around the pool oblivious to others without adult supervision, and no one from the hotel did anything about it. Room was very quiet and clean.
