This spacious and thoughtfully designed unit offers 1,585 square feet of bright, comfortable living space — perfect for the whole family to relax and unwind. The Space: The main level features an open-concept layout with a spacious living room, dining area, and a fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Two master suites, each with its own private bath, are also located on the main floor. Upstairs, you’ll find a huge loft with two twin beds and plenty of extra space — ideal for kids or additional guests. Guest Access: Guests of Waikoloa Beach Villas have access to the swimming pool. Unit has it's own private lanai. The accommodations include a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with necessary cookware and tableware. Additional amenities comprise a washer and dryer, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. A garage and complimentary street parking are also provided. The Neighborhood: Located in the gated Waikoloa Beach Villas community, our villa borders one of two championship golf courses. Queens Marketplace and Kings’ Shops — featuring shops, restaurants, and entertainment — are just across the road. The beach is a short drive away for swimming, snorkeling, and stunning Hawaiian sunsets. Please note that this condo is not located in Waikoloa Village (even though the address may auto-populate that way). We are in Waikoloa, right near the Kings’ Shops and the Queens’ Shops, in the heart of the resort condo area. The address is 69-180 Waikōloa Beach Drive, Waikoloa Village, Hawaii 96738\. There is a map photo in our pictures that shows the exact location for your reference. Getting Around: There are nearby shops, and restaurants, within walking distance. Renting a car is recommended if you’d also like to explore the rest of the Big Island. Other Things to Note: There is one assigned parking spot per unit. Please note that our garages are compact — while most cars and small SUVs will fit, we recommend avoiding oversized SUVs if you’re not comfortable maneuvering a larger vehicle into a small garage. Beach towels are provided for your convenience. In the garage, you will find beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, and sand toys for your use. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Our cancellation policy is intentionally very flexible for your convenience. However, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our owners, as they result in lost revenue that cannot be recovered. If you think there’s any chance your plans may change during the period when the cancellation policy is in effect, we strongly recommend purchasing the low-cost travel insurance offered at booking. This ensures that you’ll be eligible for the refund you’re hoping for, even if unforeseen circumstances arise. The only thing we felt was missing was a drying rack for wet towels & bathing suits after a day at the beach (as these items aren’t allowed to be hung from the lanai railings). The property location is perfect in many ways. The community pool and fitness room is a short 1 minute walk from the property. The property is also conveniently located right across the street from the Queen's Shops (which has a movie theatre, various restaurants, Starbucks and local boutiques). The property manager communicated quickly to my messages and was very thorough about the details of our stay. The unit was clean and stocked with kitchen essentials. We will definitely consider staying here again in the near future! It was a perfect staycation for our family's end of summer break! :o) ##### Terilyn H. Very comfortable. Must be a fairly new building. Great appliances. Great bedrooms. It was incredibly helpful to have boogie boards, snorkel equipment, and two beach umbrellas that we didn't have to rent. Beautiful landscape. The rooms were sound proof, i don't normally sleep thru any noise and I had no issues sleeping. Also it helped that the masterbed rooms had really comfortable beds. The condo supplies were ok, there was only 3 coffee cups and the toaster didnt work great. The property management responded within a few days. The check-in process and location instructions were very clear and easy to navigate. The cost was lower than most in the area. The unit was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. They even provided some paper plates, etc. for going to the beach. They also provided some spices and laundry detergent. The garage came with two beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, two boogie boards, and a bag full of snorkel gear. The only drawback was that my two adult children who stayed in the twin beds upstairs stated that the mattresses were quite hard. The other two beds were very comfortable. ##### Laureen S. Oct 17, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Amazing condo in Waikoloa Our stay in Waikoloa beach condos was perfect. Condo was spotless and very well maintained. It had enough room for 6 of us. Check in process was smooth and claimed properly well in advance. The property and location is perfect. There is a good size pool on location, which is perfect for kids. Property is very quiet, beautifully landscaped and kept very clean. There is a protected beach about a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. Garage has all the essentials for a day on the water. Queens and Kings shops are a few minute walk, with all kinds of shops including a grocery store. Within 10 minute drive are show at Mauna Lani with additional stores and shops/restaurants at Waikoloa Village. Airport, Kona and Hawi are roughly a half hour drive away. For cyclists, the climb to Belt road is minutes away, with an extension to Old Saddle Road, going over 6000’. Overall a five star stay! Thank you from all of us, and hope to be back! ##### Sasa I. However, we didn’t know that the entry door was on the first floor and you had to open the door towards the stairs with a very small entry area making it a little difficult to bring up suitcases and golf clubs. My wife and daughter in law could not start the dishwasher and it’s not like they don’t know how. All the lights were on and they would press start and for hours nothing happened. Even though they thought maybe there was a pre-heat sequence. I told the manager and someone came and started it but didn’t leave any type of information how they did it. So for 11 days we were there we did the dishes by hand. The washer left a moldy smell in the clothes - had to wash everything again when we got home. We didn’t use the washer until the end of the trip. So we are suggesting to management to look into it. We mentioned to the manager that we need more hangers and salt & pepper shakers and immediately the next morning he was there with hangers and salt & pepper. Location is perfect, walking distance to shopping and grocery store. About 30 minute drive from the airport which was stated in the property description. No traffic so no big deal. The property is gorgeous, the pool area is like a resort. It’s close to shops and a nice sandy beach.
