The couch was not very comfortable but we never turned on the tv and used the dining table and lani to gather together. The vegitation on the property was so local and the wild turkeys gave us a few shows. We could not get into the garage for beach chairs etc. however it was not an issue since a local friend lent me a few things. Fantasic property with all the amenities! ##### Karen C. Kitchen was big and had great appliances - including a toaster/air fryer and even rice cooker. Loved having the washer and dryer - with detergent pods and dryer sheets too! Thank you! The only drawback for us was not realizing how warm the house would be since it has no central A/C. (Only one room has an A/C) This was my miss for not reading the propery features carefully. I had assumed it had an A/C since it was beautifully constructed and described. I'm sure it's perfectly fine for the other cooler months but walking in to a warm house at 4pm (after a long travel day) didn't feel welcoming at all. Something for the property Mgr to consider when prepping the home for the next renter. Aside from that home temperature which is fixable, i would recommend the house for a big family who wants a spacious home to spread out during a vacation while also able to stay close together for meals.with the large dining area and kitchen. They sent someone out to reset it for the first 3 days but a few hours later, it would go offline again. The last 3 days they sent NO ONE OUT. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Spent $6000 to stay here, in a place with no hot water, constant beeping. We suggested to the tech to just replace the internet connection to the water heater. Tech said the owners declined to replace or maintain. So they don't care. The house was old and musty looking. Jan 26, 2023 #### Wow experience I highly recommend very clean & beautiful designer house. I stayed with my family ( husband & two sons ) for over 2 weeks. Highlights include very convenient location; easy access to beach & Waikoloa village shopping center; walking distance to Waikoloa village member club ( bar /restaurant & lap pool are very popular )nearby to golf course and well equipped with an outdoor gas grill on the lanai in large tropical yard with birds and wonderful kitchen.
