( Winter 2016). New appliances, carpet and furniture (2017).Bathroom Renovations (2018) King Bed added in 2nd bed room (2019) Fairway Villas is conveniently located on the sunny Kohala Coast in the Waikoloa Beach Resort is just 20 minutes north of the Kona International Airport. Waikoloa Beach Resort excels in recreational activities for energetic visitors, and is great for families and groups. Our 1531 sq. foot penthouse villa, located on the top floor of a three-floor villa, has three bedrooms, two baths. Stretch out and relax in this well appointed, spacious, tastefully furnished condo. You'll find peace and quiet with all the comforts and conveniences of home. D34 in a non-smoking, no pets villa that has the privacy and feel of an upscale individual home with luxury furnishings, air conditioning and all the amenities you would expect in a luxury villa. Seating for 6 at the dining table plus bar stools provide ample seating for meals. The living room features a comfortable queen sized pull out sofa with a 50' Flat Screen TV, DVD, VCR, WiFi, and many other entertainment options. The living room, dining room and kitchen all have a beautiful tiled floor which is ideal to island lifestyle. The granite counter kitchen will accommodate any gourmet cook with essentials including a glass-top stove, full oven, over-the-range-microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, double sinks with filtered water and disposal, also multiple small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, etc...). Cooking utensils, knives, and pots and pans are waiting to be used. If your idea of vacation cooking is simply brewing a cup of famous Kona coffee, then many world-class local restaurants await you. The master suite features a king bed,(new mattress 2016) designer furniture, 30' Flat Screen cable TV and ceiling fan, it adjoins a spacious bathroom with two separate sinks, walk-in glass shower (renovated 2018), separate walk-in closet and commode room. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, designer furniture, cable TV and ceiling fan, it is located near a second full bathroom. The loft has two twin beds, ceiling fan and reading nook. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and amenities for your convenience. Beyond the living room is your private lanai furnished with table and chairs, it faces no other buildings making you think you are in your own private paradise, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sweeping views of Waikoloa Beach Golf Course with Mauna Kea and the Kohala Mountain Range in the distance. The unit comes complete with phones that include free local and long-distance calling to the mainland and Canada. Be sure to bring your laptop with you as secure, wireless high speed internet is available for your use. Other amenities include a washer and dryer with laundry soap, an ironing board w/iron and plenty of towels for the villa and the beach. Fairway villas is a secluded gated community, the grounds are well kept with palm trees and colorful aromatic flowering plants. The beautiful esplanade area features an infinity edged swimming pool with an elevated lava rock spa, with a poolside picnic area perfect for a quite afternoon escape. There is also a dining area with multiply gas barbecues grills, and a fully equipped exercise center located close to the Villa. Only moments away are the King's & Queen's Shops. Both shopping complexes have a variety of fine shops, galleries, award winning restaurants, cultural activities and a market that carries local produce and fresh catch of the day. Just beyond the Shops you will find even more entertainment at the Hilton Resort which offers world class dining, shopping, tram and boat rides, dolphins and more. The isle of Hawaii offers a vast array of activities for everyone. Waikoloa Beach Resort's paved streets are lined with palm trees and sidewalks, making for perfect conditions for running, walking, and biking. Only a 5 minute walk and you arrive at Anaeho'omaly ('A') Bay, a beautiful beach where you will find ancient Hawaiian fish ponds and many opportunities to view incredible sunsets. The property on which the condo is located is exceptional: the trees and the flowers are magnificent! On the balcony, I enjoyed looking at the view of the volcanoes in the distance! Communication with Bill is excellent. The condo is very large for our family of 6\. Exceptional cleanliness and lots of extras! Close to everything on Big Island. AC wasn’t working for 5 of the 7 days we were there. It was disappointing and willNever use this particular property manager or location again. I return to Waikoloa beach often. Our stay here was wonderful, from booking to check out and everything in between. The hosts were responsive and helpful, the beds and furniture were comfortable, there was plenty of space for my wife and I, our three kids, and my in-laws. The view from the lanai was gorgeous for sunrise and sunset. And they had lots of extras: swim fins, boogie boards, 4 beach chairs, multiple umbrellas, coolers, etc. Nearby A-bay offered a great beach to relax at while the kids swim and play in the sand. Some fish and turtles there if you’re snorkeling, but of course there are better snorkel spots. Queen shops and king shops had lots to offer for food and shopping, with miniature golf at the kings shops. All around great location, and fabulous place to stay. I honestly couldn’t say enough about it. There were enough beds for everyone. The condo was well stocked with a full size washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen and beach and pool things (towels, chairs, cooler backpack, umbrellas, boogey boards, etc). We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the lanai. The condo is walking distance to the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our trip immensely and would definitely stay at this condo again. The layout was perfect for our party of 3 adults, providing us with our own separate private bedrooms and bathrooms. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee and the golf course views from the lanai. After exploring the island, we returned to the refreshing central A/C in the warm afternoons. The shops in the nearby Queen's Marketplace were fun to explore and the deli in the Island Gourmet Market had a great assortment of food items to grab and go, along with some well-priced souvenirs to take home. The condo was clean and equipped with all that we needed. We sat on the balcony every morning, drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. We used the beach chairs to enjoy A-Bay, a beautiful beach for swimming, snorkeling, and seeing turtles. There are two small shopping centers within walking distance, and a hiking trail around the property. The pool was nice and a perfect area to watch the sunset. The pool is very nice, relaxing and quiet. We love everything Waikoloa and this location was close to everything we do in this area. Bonus was having two rooms with King size beds.
