I always appreciate when a rental has basics like cooking oil, salt, seasonings,foil etc. beach chairs, towels, cooler. Because it was an end unit, it was very handy to access parking thru the patio so loading the car was easy. Had access to the community Olympic size lap pool and my husband walked to the Village Course at Waikoloa for reasonably priced golf, both were less than 5 min walk. I had to contact my rental agent with 2 issues, and she responded quickly both times. We arrived at the unit the evening of 4th of July. Had trouble wrestling w the doorknob, just to enter. We soon figured it out. you may want to look into loosening it. Upon entry I could see rubbish on the floor, noticed more everywhere as we stepped. The king bed wasn’t made up & bedding had a bad smell to it, bathrooms weren’t cleaned, water & toothpaste splashed on sink basin. I went ahead & cleaned, washed bedding. Agency was informed. OVERALL experience was great, once settled we enjoyed every moment appreciate the chance of being able to stay. We look forward to staying again. ##### Kristal R. The conference was at the Waikoloa Hilton Resort and we really didn't want to stay there as we enjoy having a 'house' to ourselves and not be charged a crazy amount for food. So I drove my husband into the hotel each morning. Easy drive. The condo and Villas complex were very nice, quiet and friendly. We never used the pool there but it looked simple but nice as well. The condo itself was super CLEAN and comfortable. The bedding was soft and wonderful, the towels were thick and lovely. The kitchen had more than we needed for sure. It was just perfect! The beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, chairs and lunch totes were such a gift. One snorkeling set was missing a mask but other than that we were SET for our beach days.We were SO appreciative of these little 'extras'. I had my breakfast on the lanai every morning and it was magical. The bathrooms were good and the laundry worked out so great. Very easy and convenient. We always found a close parking spot to the condo entrance. The condo location is very central to so many sites. We went to Volcano Nat'l Park, Kayaking south of Kona, horseback riding in Waipi'o Valley and beach time in Hapuna. Easy to get to all these places on the Big Island. Also the little shop area 1/2 mile away had a good grocery store where the bakery donuts were heavenly. So, we would for sure stay here again. Highly recommend it! ##### LeeAnn T.
