Great location, was perfect for Lavaman and we enjoyed being able to walk to the Queen’s Market. The only drawback was the bed in the primary bedroom. Mattress is very squishy and the frame squeaks loudly if you so much as move an elbow. The first night I thought we were being invaded due to the loud noise when my husband rolled over. We are not even big people and the mattress compressed significantly as soon as you sit on it. I would recommend the owners spring for a new Costco mattress and tighten or oil the frame or do something. With that small correction I would unreservedly recommend N3\. Being next to the pool was amazing. We enjoyed all the extra amenities that were provided in the condo. The garage had everything you need for the beach. It was very clean, and the check in/check out process was a breeze. We felt very taken care of the entire time. My only recommendation would be to update the lighting. The light bulbs utilized were dim and yellow which made it tough to see. Either way, I would highly recommend this unit and management company! ##### Cate W.
