Resort life awaits you in the Shores at Waikoloa in this beautiful condo overlooking the golf course—only half of a mile from the beach. Cooling cross breezes and central A/C provide year-round comfort. The spacious layout ensures privacy for each side of the condo. The generous, wraparound lanai has plenty of room for grilling, dining, and entertaining with friends. Relax while taking in the partial ocean view and enjoying the sunset over Anaeho'omalu Bay.  
The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii.  
Located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort.  
Walking distance to the beach, golf courses, shops, and the Marriott & Hilton hotels. It’s just 20 miles north of Kona International Airport.  
  
The Shores is a truly tropical paradise with waterfalls & lagoons.  
You can walk or ride to Anaehoomalu Bay, commonly known as “A-Bay, " a great swimming beach protected by a reef covered in white sand and dotted with palm trees.   
  
The beach is located less than a mile from the Shores (the actual distance is 0.5 mi), you can easily walk for 12 min or ride for 2 min, park your car for free, then walk for 3 min to the beach.  
  
Walk to the historic Hawaiian fish ponds along the King’s Trail and discover ancient Hawaiian lava rock carvings. Feel the sand on your feet as you dine right on the beach at the Lava Lava Beach Club.  
  
Shopping, grocery, drug store, and restaurants are available at the Kings' Shops, Island Gourmet Market, and Queens' Marketplace and about a mile away from the Shores at Waikoloa.  
Guests have access to free parking, free unlimited high-speed wireless internet, and basic cable TV. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are conveniently located around the back of the building among the tropical gardens and lagoon. The gym and tennis courts are right next to the building.  
  
This second-floor unit has partial ocean and golf course views. We have a large wrap-around lanai to enjoy the great views with a table, chairs, and patio recliners.  
  
The Master bedroom has lovely, inspired decor with a king-size bed and a master ensuite bathroom. The bright and colorful Guest bedroom has 2 single beds that can be converted to a king, and a detached guest bathroom with a glass shower. Both bedrooms have flat-screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.  
This condo was recently renovated and has been lovingly cared for. It is furnished with all the comforts of home, with features including:  
\* Renovated kitchen with pull-out drawers, induction cooktop, telescopic downdraft range vent, 4-zone refrigerator, KitchenAid convection oven and microwave, and Bosch dishwasher;  
\* Renovated bathrooms with granite counters and vessel sinks;  
\* Master shower with roll-in access;  
\* Bamboo flooring;  
\* Barn doors for guest bedroom privacy;  
\* Lanai access from the guest bedroom;  
\* Lanai with wet bar, electric BBQ, brand-new teak dining set, and conversation areas;  
\* Custom mahogany closet sliders and wet bar doors;  
\* Walk-in pantry with chest freezer;  
\* EcoSmart tankless water heater.  
  
✔Hilton Pool Pass included with stay.  
Access to all pools, waterslides, man-made lagoon with the beach, and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel.  
Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under 5 are not counted towards the 6-person max). The pass and instructional letter will be sent to you before arrival.   
Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 5 pm on your arrival date and 10 am on your departure date.   
Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel.   
Includes pool towel service.   
No blackout dates or restricted use.   
Hilton Fitness Center use from 9 am-5 pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00).   
Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day per locker.   
We cannot add additional people to the pass.   
There are no exceptions to this policy, and if the policy is breached, the pass will be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at our rental properties.

#### Paradise

What a beautiful home to enjoy while visiting the Big Island. In the morning you can sip your Kona coffee on the lanai while watching the golfers across the old lava flow. If you choose to cook, the kitchen has everything you need. The hostess was gracious and quick to answer any need. The amenities are very lovely if you choose to swim, workout or play some tennis. The best part was the quick walk to a beautiful beach! I would stay again in a heartbeat.
