Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas. All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Access to the Hilton pools cost $100 per adult, so depending on the size of your party this could be saving you up to $600 (max 6 guests on the pool pass). Elderly grandparents appreciated the ground floor bedroom. Very convenient to Queens Market and A Bay Beach. Well stocked with beach supplies and golf clubs. The listing indicated that it sleeps 8, although we used the pull out couch and the living room couch as beds. We had a roof leak (from a heavy rain) in the upstairs guest bedroom that the on-site maintenance responded to, but otherwise no other assistance was needed. The living areas were great and the location was perfect. A short drive to the beach and also to the Hilton pools (thank you for the Hilton pool passes - our kids loved it). This time we were disappointed, mainly by the worn condition of unit. It may seem like small things, but because we were paying a premium price, we expected better. The green paint on the bar was chipped, the coffee pot didn't work, the vertical blinds were bent and difficult to open, an upstairs blind was broken, the dishwasher did not work correctly and some of the towels were stained. There were other small things that told us it had been neglected. Resortica was very responsive and took care of some of the items, but it did detract from our overall experience. Right there with shopping and just down the street from the Hilton, where we spent almost our whole day with the kids having fun in the included amenities that come with the rental. We all loved everything about our stay. The only thing I would say is that the pull out couch was not comfortable at all and might be ok for small children. I gave the nicer beds to my friends and since my husband and I live here we took the pull out but did not sleep well at all on it. But really, everything else was just wonderful. I hope it was ok that we left our bouquet of anthuriums for someone else to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!!!! Mahalos ##### Heidi G.
