Matai villa renovated in 2024.  
Close to the Waikanae Golf Course and 400m off the expressway and only a short stroll to Waikanae Beach.   
Enjoy a long weekend away or just have some time out with family or friends.  
Close to the Olde Beach Bakery, Waimea dairy, Waikanae Beach Takeaways, Hendrix Lifestyle Store, Unichem Waikanae Beach pharmacy, Long Beach Tavern, Hey Coastie, Tuk Tuk Waimea. Four Square Waikanae Beach.   
Nga Manu Nature reserve and Southwards close.  
Adjacent to a Bus Stop and not far to Waikanae Railway Station and Shoreline Cinema, Salt and Wood BBQ, Woolworths Waikanae, New World Waikanae.  
Substantial Cycle Way network in the area.  
Approximately 1 hour drive to Wellington Airport, and 45 minutes to the Cook Straight Ferries  
3-bedroom villa (2 with ensuites) and separate central bathroom (all with showers, mirrors, heated towel rails, vanities, heaters, power outlets. Ensuites include hairdryers. Bedrooms have USB and/or wireless phone chargers.

#### Mazur Family Reunion 

I can’t me back to Waikanae every other year to hang with my family. We always have more family than our house can accommodate so need some extra beds. The Doctors Villa was perfect. A beautiful house and an excellent location close to the beach, golf course, olde bakery and the shops. The house has a beautiful backyard which would be tremendous for bbq’s and outside eating and gatherings.
