Welcome to The Reef (#B4) – your home away from home, time and time again. We’re delighted to have you here!  
  
Please note: We’re currently in the process of installing internet.  
  
Our brand-new apartments are perfectly located in the heart of Waihi Beach town, just a short stroll through the park to the beach. Whether you're here for a family holiday, a trip with friends, or a relaxing couples’ retreat, The Reef offers a comfortable stay for every kind of getaway.  
  
These apartments are brand new, and we’re absolutely thrilled to be hosting you at The Reef! As we’re just getting started, your feedback is incredibly valuable to us — we’d love to hear about your experience.  
  
Please note: the apartment includes two sets of stairs. Keep this in mind if you’re travelling with young children or if stairs may be difficult for someone in your group.  
  
To help ensure everyone has a wonderful stay — including future guests and others staying at The Reef — we’ve included a few simple guidelines in the guest book. Thanks so much for your consideration!

Located just a short walk through the park to the beach and right in the heart of town, this modern apartment is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway.

A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need: stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee plunger, large fridge-freezer, and all cooking essentials.  
  
Three bar stools at the kitchen bench – perfect for casual dining or morning coffee.  
  
Relax in the lounge with a comfy sofa, wall-mounted TV, and a dining table for shared meals.  
  
Step outside to your own outdoor space with a bar leaner, stools, and two lounge chairs – great for soaking up the sun.

Bedroom 1 (Second Floor): Queen bed with private ensuite, including toilet and rain shower.  
  
Bedroom 2 (Third Floor): Queen bed, park views, lots of natural light, and a large wardrobe.
