Maximising on space and privacy, a master bedroom has its own ensuite, while a family bathroom, plus smaller third bathroom off the garage serves the remaining rooms.  
  
Family entertainment options abound with table tennis, boogie boards, a selection of books, board games, and a Smart TV for your enjoyment. A heat pump provides optimum comfort no matter the season, while the fenced yard and driveway offer off-street parking and security. After a morning dip in the surf, Tohora Serenity has an outdoor shower on hand to wash off the sand and salt.
