Enjoy optimal comfort throughout the year with the convenience of a heat pump. The well-appointed kitchen and breakfast bar are perfect for leisurely holiday brunches, while the BBQ on the deck invites you to savor idyllic summer afternoons outdoors.  
  
Rinse off under the refreshing outdoor shower before sitting down for an early evening Summer meal, streaming one of your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or sharing your snaps via the unlimited WiFi.  
  
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a laundry with washing machine complete the excellent set-up here at Our Happy Place. The spacious master bedroom is complete with a luxurious private ensuite bathroom and heat pump. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom boast a comfortable queen bed and enjoy access to the sunny rear deck. The third bedroom enjoys two singles for a configuration that is sure to suit all group sizes.  
  
Your holiday home sits in the middle of New Zealand’s two best beaches, with Waihi beach to the north and Ocean Beach to the south, each a two-minute drive. Enjoy all the local fare Waihi offers, including the famous FlatWhite cafe sitting in an idyllic beachfront spot, before you head out for adventures.
