Set across three levels and designed to a high standard, this spacious retreat is the perfect base for families or groups looking to relax and reconnect in style.  
  
The hub of the home is on the middle level, where a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area flows seamlessly onto a wraparound deck. Fire up the BBQ, enjoy meals with a view, and watch the sunrise over the Pacific or the sun set behind the Coromandel Ranges. The entertainer’s kitchen features premium Miele appliances, quality fixtures, and a large scullery, making holiday hosting a dream. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambience for cosy winter stays.  
  
Also on this level are three bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom. Large windows and ranch sliders throughout are cleverly positioned to frame the stunning views from every room. Upstairs, the private master suite offers a peaceful escape with sea views, a walk-through wardrobe, and a generous ensuite.  
  
Downstairs, a fully self-contained studio space offers extra privacy—perfect for extended family or couples. This level includes a fifth bedroom, kitchenette (with fridge and kettle), Smart TV, and a third bathroom.
