THE STATE of HAWAII has re-zone Vacation rentals. Our unit is considered a Long Term Rental. 30-day reservations are the minimum. No exceptions. As owners, we could be awarded fines. We Will NOT host Short Term Rentals. Think about combining working remotely to accumulate your 30day. We have hosted many professionals/working from home.
Enjoy the view from the top floor, Hawaiian Style. Bathe in the sun at our saltwater pool, or enjoy a walk on the beachfront property. The open space floor plan allows for a view of the ocean from anywhere in the condo. Air-condition is available in the master bedroom, but who needs A/C when you have the trade winds of the Leeward Coast of Oahu. A 75inch Samsung Smart TV is at your fingertips with full cable and internet connection. Top Internet speed at 400mbs. Perfect for our Business Ohana who may need to check in to work before they go out to play. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with fresh linen and towels. Weekly Housekeeping/Cleaning services will be available. Please schedule in advance. Additional sleeping is available with the pullout couch.

Beautiful View
Everything you need for a getaway. The View is Beautiful from the Balcony of the Ocean and Pool, The TV is awesome for just relaxing in the evening. I would recommend this for a couple but it might be a little small for a family. The kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook in. We enjoyed are stay there very much.

Million Dollar View
If you love an up close view of the ocean, the sound of crashing waves, beautiful pool and a private beach, this is your place! It’s a hidden treasure. You wouldn’t know it from the outside or the neighborhood, but when you open the door the spectacular view absolutely stuns you. It’s a private little beach condo, not a crowded resort. We were quite comfortable. The condo is on the third of only three levels so no noise from above. There are 28 steps up and no elevator so you’ll definitely get your steps in every day. You’ll be about 45-50 minutes away from anything you’d like to see and do. The highways make destinations easy. We recommend downloading the app “Gypsy” as your tour guide and GPS around the island. The location is in the native Hawaiian neighborhood, absolutely all Hawaiians are kind, happy and helpful. It is located on a busy highway so traffic noise can get a bit loud if you open the door and bedroom windows. The A/C unit in the the bedroom helps to drown out the noise at night. Now, the second spectacular thing is Bev, the owner. What a gem she is! Excellent communication, she’s really on top of things. You need anything at all and she will take care of it! She’s also a terrific tennis player, we had the pleasure of playing with her at the nearby courts. We feel like we’ve made a friend for life. Mahalo and happy travels!

Beautiful view and generous kind hosts
You walk in and immediately to the balcony with the gorgeous view of the ocean, waves, sky and the pool and garden. So beautiful and peaceful. Cherries on the top were the anniversary card, flowers, and champagne they left us. It was also so delightful how many staples they left and things like paper towels. So considerate. And boogie boards, noodles, beach towels, and beach chairs. And insulated bags for picnics. Fabulous! The air conditioner is in the bedroom but quite adequate for the whole place with the fans and through breezes. The only drawback was no problem for us but I just want to mention it for people who travel with their kids or another couple: the bedroom door is the sliding barn style and they don't quite close enough for visual or audio privacy. But just fine for couples on their own. Although it's on a busy road and park, the waves are still the wonderful sound you hear. The pool is clean and warm. And so great to have designated parking! Would love to stay agin. Thank you!
