The neighborhood is well kept and has a security guard at the entry. The house is exactly as listed. The interior is kept clean and everything seems in good working order and new. The A/C's in each room work really well. The best part is the back patio -- it has comfortable seating and it's landscaped well. The only item that needs attention is the washing machine. The rubber gasket on the door is dirty/mildew and we tried to clean it but it still smelled bad. Perhaps a guest left wet items in there too long. We opted to not use the washing machine. From upstairs rooms, we could even see the ocean. We had a little trouble with the dryer not working properly but when we messaged the property manager, someone came and tried to fix the issue promptly.
