The house is lovely, well-appointed, clean, secure, and comfortable. The views of the mountains are spectacular, and you can see the ocean in the distance. On our last night, the full moon lit a glowing path across the water. I will say that there are tent encampments along the shoreline nearest the property, so we were not confident in visiting the local beaches. That meant we had to drive a bit to some of the points of interest, but the scenery along the way could not be more beautiful! We would happily stay here again. ##### Dennis B. Close enough to the airport and shopping centers yet far enough so that you are more secluded in a gated community where you feel safe clean and it’s beautiful mountains and ocean views. A 5 star would be night stands by the beds are really tiny so it’s hard to charge and put anything down next to your bed, there are no dressers or drawers, and CON The living room seating area is limited, the furry chairs are super uncomfortable. We found blankets that we were able to cover to use them. And it’s also a little bit uneasy because the couch is white and all of the dining room chairs are white pillows, which makes eating at the table with the family pretty precarious. We wanted to make a big pot of soup, but there is no big pots several big pans. Pros! So many cool amenities from pool table, beautiful outdoor seating areas, body boards, lounge, chairs, for the beach and umbrella, snorkel gear, even water shoes! Living room furniture was uncomfortable and the 4 animal hide chairs shed and made you itchy. Had to put towels over them before sitting on them. The kitchen was fully stocked which was very nice. Thank you. Downside was that the landscaping front and back was not done yet.
