It has hard wood floors throughout an open living space floor plan. The kitchen is well stocked with all appliances, large and small, as well as anything you need to prepare and serve meals during your getaway. There is a small island bar for 2 and a dining table that seats four. The living room has comfortable seating, a smart tv with surround sound, and a Bluetooth stereo. The master bedroom and ensuite bath are located on the first floor. This beautifully decorated room has a king-size 4 poster bed and private access to the large wrap around deck. Perfect for those who enjoy a quiet cup of coffee to start their day of exploring the ranch. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower, sink, and vanity. The upstairs has a loft area that has a tv and a couch. This area can be used as additional sleeping on a King Koil Luxury California King air mattress with a built-in pump. On either side of the loft is a queen guest bedroom. There is a tv in one of these bedrooms. The 2nd full bathroom is located off of the loft and shared by second floor guest. Of course, most of your time will be spent outdoors. This cabin is ready to entertain with a large swimming pool measuring 38 ft x 14ft, equipped with basket ball, and volleyball games ready to play! It is designed for volleyball with shallow ends. There is an outdoor dining table for an incredible pool side meal prepared on the gas grill provided. All of this and there is still more. Your stay at Nonnie's Place provides access to 260 acres of rolling hills with 2 stocked ponds, exotic animals including red stag, antelope, several species of deer, goats, llama, cattle, sheep, and horses. We rent 6 seater mules to explore the land for $220 a 2 night stay and $100 each additional night. There are trails for the mules or explore on foot to see even more! Bring your fishing gear and catch some catfish for dinner. We do ask that you catch and keep one per person and catch and release the rest to protect the population of the ponds. 4D Guest Ranch has provided unforgettable vacations for hundreds of families over the last fifteen years in the main lodge (now reserved for the owners' use) and the barndo. What a beautiful, peaceful and adventurous time we had together. Getting to see the horses and cattle graze each evening was an unexpected delight! Highly recommend renting the mule - we got to see so many beautiful animals on the property. The cabin had everything we needed and made our stay comfortable. The pool was certainly a highlight and was awesome for cooling down, especially since we went in July. Check-in was super easy and the host was so accommodating. I highly recommend using the mule to drive around the property to see all the wildlife. We saw plenty of deer. The space itself had plenty of room. There is an air mattress available, but if you have more than 6, it’s a good idea to bring another air mattress. It’s far from any convenience stores or grocery stores (which is how we wanted it), but come with everything that you will need in advance. ##### Douglas F. We enjoyed the side by side, going to catch a sunset, the swimming pool, and the abundance of animals we got to watch come and go. It was exactly what we needed and even the furbabies loved the stay! Property was nicely appointed. Kitchen could use more cutting boards. And glad we brought our own knives. This almost accommodates 8, but really it’s comfortable for six. We fit only because our kids are small, and we brought a blowup twin bed. Mule was so much fun!! The kids loved the hot tub and pool. Great fenced yard! Please check your lights. The few bulbs that actually worked, were very dim. The stairwell light didn’t work. So dangerous! Electricity went off twice, but came back on pretty quickly ##### Deanna F. Highly recommend getting the ATV! The deer are beyond words!! Caught catfish in pond!…nothing better than eating catfish an hour after catching!!. Only drawback is no Internet, TV was not set up & no TV upstairs. A smart TV & no internet??. Very relaxing watching antelope every morning on porch while drinking coffee. There is some gravel roads to get there, but soo peaceful once at the ranch. The groundskeeper showed us right catfish pond to fish in. All in all…a great trip. Can only imagine how Spring looks there. Back way quicker if internet there! ##### Patrick H. The setting is beautiful, with a wide variety of wild life, starry skies and tranquility. The cabin is lovely and you will find anything you need for a vacation in the country side (if you like cooking just bring some essentials, like olive oil and such).
