The room was small but well designed, clean and reasonably quiet at night. However there was no plug for the basin, the water dribbled out of the tap, both for the basin & the shower. The overnight tea/coffee provision was meagre and breakfast was not available on any day until 9.00am, not worth wasting time for...

This property could be so good in the right hands. We had a water leak which wasn't fixed so got no sleep and the bathroom the flooded. The rooms also need a good deep clean as the carpets are dirty, spillage on the walls and mould in the bathroom.
