This exceptional four-bedroom, four-bathroom home is designed to embrace the surrounding natural beauty, with panoramic views over Wadebridge, Daymer Bay, and Trebetherick. Step inside and you are immediately greeted by a striking, open hallway filled with natural light. The oak floors lead you into the spacious, open-plan living area, where comfort and modernity seamlessly come together. The living room features a cosy wood-burning stove, perfect for those winter retreats, and ample seating to unwind after a day of adventures. On summer days open up the French doors to your private garden, where sweeping views of the countryside unfold, inviting you to relax in the tranquil surroundings. The kitchen is superbly equipped with a breakfast bar that invites easy socialising while preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, sits the dining area with seating for up to ten guests, it's just the spot for family dining. There is also a games room, complete with a pool table, for fun evenings with friends and family. On the ground floor, you'll also find a well-equipped utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a convenient shower-room. Upstairs, the first floor features four sumptuous bedrooms.
