Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé. Le standing est là bien qu'un petit rafraîchissement dans les chambres serait nécessaire.

Très bien pour se poser. Très bon services.
Bel hôtel pour se poser à Colombo. La chambre est spacieuse, les activités dans l'hôtel bien équipées (piscine, salle de sport). Le petit-déjeuner est fantastique.

Excellent hôtel. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel (qualité, choix et quantité) Les deux seules remarques : odeur de cigarette à l'arrivée (due à la clim ?) et bruit de la ventilation cette nuit-là.

Grande suite ( mais pas encore rénovée) entièrement lavée chaque jour; personnel à l'écoute et chaleureux, restaurant d'exception avec ses divers menus , piscine, salle de gym moderne,spa et salle de massage ... Idéal pour se poser dans cette ville étouffante mais qui demande à être vue!

Super appart hôtel a Colombo.
Rien a redire sur notre sejour au Hilton residence hotel En dehors d'un léger malentendu sur le petit déjeuner (inclus /pas inclus). L'appart était super propre, le room service irréprochable, la piscine immense.Nous n'avons fait appel qu'une fois a un tuk tuk pour revenir a l'hôtel, celui ci étant a proximité de nombreux points de visite.

My stay with my family at the Hilton was wonderful! The staff was very helpful, quick, friendly, and extremely kind! The facilities such as the gym were perfect and clean to my liking. Also, the apartment itself was cozy and really felt like home away from home! The only downside is, if you consider this a downside, is that the stove in the kitchen is very outdated and slightly difficult to operate due to the lack of high and low heat indications. Furthermore, the pots and pans given to use were pretty old in condition and should have been more new and clean. Other than that, me and my family extremely enjoyed staying here for 2 weeks!

Fabulous stay at the Hilton Colombo Residence. We loved all the space we had, with 2 bedrooms. We were on the 29th floor, so it was very quiet. The pool area was lovely. The breakfast buffet was great. The workers everywhere were super friendly. It was close to 2 grocery stores, with good prices. We liked the one that didn't smell like fish. We easily walked to the mall and to Dinemore to eat. We signed a waiver, so they opened the balcony for us to use. After 3 days there, I'm afraid it spoiled us, and no other hotel will compare.

We got a 3 bedroom suite, which was spacious and had a washing machine. This was heaven sent after a 2 week trip around Sri Lanka. The hotel was conveniently located with a grocery store right beside, great pool and gym facilities, sauna and steam room. Food at the buffet eas great, room service was convenient but i would prefer going down to either the coffee shop right outside the hotel or going down to the hotel bar. Lovely stay overall and the staff were absolutely lovely, camt call out one as they were all equally amazing to deal with.

Very good
On arrival, we were upgraded to a massive suite. We were really pleased to have the space. Everywhere in the suite was clean. Beds comfortable. Recycling was good, but there wasn’t actually a rubbish bin!! Air con very good. Staff in restaurant were very helpful and polite. Buffet food was great.

It's a good location that is close to the station and the hotel is on a bus route. Good restaurants are close by and there is a shopping mall not far away. The apartments are well furnished and spacious. We had a room with a wonderful view. The pool is large and is a great place to spend some time.

I've stayed in some of the world's top hotels, but none of them can match the incredible service at Hilton Colombo Residence. As well as having excellent facilities, including massive rooms and apartments, swimming pool, gym, sauna etc, the staff are exceptional. Every single member of staff goes above and beyond. I actually cancelled my stay at the Shangri La to stay at the Hilton Colombo Residence again I was so impressed from my first visit. I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when I return to Colombo. Great for families, excellent views of the iconic Lotus Tower and the team always willing to help with advice and tips for getting around Colombo. Top hotel.

There was a staff member named Anne in the breakfast service. She was rude to us. The treatment was racist and discriminatory as she kept repeating the breakfast closing time many times which we already knew and never asked them to extend it for us. She was nice to white people but treated us badly even though we paid the same amount.

Its a hotel that does not invest money in being better. All furniture are old and used many years too much. The restaurant is ok. Staff is also ok. I will never cone back.

The unit was spacious and the bathrooms were refurbished. The furniture and kitchen was run down and the service was below average .. long waiting times and wouldn’t stock basics such as milk (not even to purchase). Quoted room service items and when ordered confirmed wasn’t available. Location wise not ideal but a short taxi ride to Galle / beach / mews / hospital street etc. The photo is not from hotel

Great central hotel in Colombo for families
Staid at Hilton Colombo Residence on two occasions in our family trip to Sri Lanka. The stay was great overall and highly recommend this apartment hotel for family travel. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were great. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Our room included the breakfast buffet, which was awesome as well. While I highly recommend the hotel, a small touches of renovations in the rooms would enhance the experience and would go a long way.
