Et meget turist agtigt hotel, som nok passer rejsende i gruppe eller bus, som ønsker all invlusive uden at se eller opleve omgivelserne. Så havde jeg dog valgt et mere personligt hotel. Dette hotel er enormt, og poolen er bedre end stranden. Alligevel er der absolut kkke særlig god mad, men storkøkken mad, og dårlige drinks. Slet ikke noget for mig, men nok til et helt anden type menneske - og type rejsende. Personalet i receptionen var helt fantastiske, og træk oplevelsen op med en hel stjerne - kæmpe ros til dem for deres venlige, personlige og professionelle service.

Hotel hat die besten Tage hinter sich! Leider wird hier kein Wert auf die Instandhaltung der Anlage gelegt. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war ok (kleines selbstbedienungs Buffet) aber kein Vergleich zum sonst sehr guten Essen in Sri Lanka. Wir verbrachten eine Nacht dort und waren froh, als wir diesen Ort wieder verlassen durften.

Lay out of hotel ill conceived All the rooms were on one side of the reception along long corridors. if you are unfortunate to be given a room at the end of the hotel it means a long walk.And the corridors become flooded with heavy rain making it a slippery slope.We had a function in the Sky Lime hall which was outside the hotel with no toilet facilities or cloak room.Though there was a path leading to this hall it was not covered and we all got wet getting to the hall.Being a week end the hotel was full of locals and there was no room for us in the pool!

Beautiful location,The staff and service excellent . The food and service at the restaurant superb.All in all we could definitely say this was one of the best holidays we had and we were so sad to leave.Nothing was too much for the staff and they delivered it with a smile. .

We loved our week long stay at Citrus. It was beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean and the gardens. The amenities were excellent. The food was amazing. We booked all inclusive which we highly recommend. Not only does it include breakfast, lunch and dinner, it also included several alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages! The staff was wonderful. We give this hotel a big thumbs up!

You could hear people in the bathrooms from the other floors because of the opening through the glass doors. You also got the smell of cigarette smoke from the opening when people were smoking in their rooms from above and below us. When we called the front desk about it , they reacted right away and very positively.
