Come and enjoy time with loved ones on a walk across the creek, a competitive game of pickleball, or preparing a big family feast in our spacious kitchen and living area. The property includes two living areas (one w/ access from the primary suite). One of the bedrooms includes 2 sets of built-in bunks (queen mattresses) Quaint & Peaceful country neighborhood nestled among White Rock Creek just 10 minutes from downtown Waco Parking is free and available in the driveway. Feel free to take long walks around the neighborhood exploring the creek and trails. No smoking or vaping in the home. No pets are permitted on the property. No parties unless specifically authorized by the host. The house was a perfect fit for the 11 of us ranging from age one to 85\. We could cook our own meals, craft at the big table, gather in the family room for nightly devotionals and we loved going on walks and seeing the pony. It was a wonderful weekend! It was perfect for our needs, plenty of space and the quiet and serene neighborhood was an added bonus. You are allowed to use the private walking trails, playground and pickleball court which are right across the street from the home. The home had everything we needed to prepare an Easter meal, and a high chair and pack n play were also provided. This property is away from downtown Waco, but a short drive to get there. Loved the rural setting and beautiful treed area. Our 6 grandsons loved playing outside, and loved that there is very little traffic through the area. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Both the property mgr and the owner were very responsive to any concerns. Owner even went out and bought a mixer when I asked about one being available. ##### Kim H.
