The property was dated. Price of stay reflected it. Staff was super helpful. Warning!!! If you or someone in your party has mold allergies do not stay here. It is highly suspected based on a family member’s reaction upon spending one night at this location.

I really liked the waterfall out front of the building and I liked that it has an indoor swimming pool and an exercise room.

The hotel needs a little bit of a maintenenace work done: keycard readers didn't work well at all, both my husband and I, who are well able to understand how to work keycards hard a difficult time opening every door. The readers themselves had obvious wear to their faceplates. Our toilet had issues flushing. There were several dogs on our hallway, about 4, I believe and I didn't mind the barks so much, but I'm not used to having any barks at hotels. At one point I thought there was going to be a fight between the two largest ones. I didn't have breakfast, but my husband said that morning the food was just ok. The next morning it was better. The stair climber was wonky and I think that was due to assembly issues. The joints didn't line up properly, so the right arm didn't glide smoothly. I told a staff member and they were appropriately apologetic. The exercise room had had more than usual for this type of hotel: hand weights, medicine balls, and a few extra machines. I liked the pool and glad it wasn't as cold as it should have been for April. It was heated so tepid bathwater temp. I had points so I can't complain at how much I spet for this stay, and would stay again since some of what I mentioned can be fixed and won't necessarily be the same if I went back: dogs not being there, keyreaders being fixed etc.

It was easy to get in and out. The parking was good. The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was good and loved the waffles and variety. I think it should have been restocked as people ate things. The coffee bar was very nice.

Property is well maintained and clean. Nice plush towels and good shower. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, coffee and juices. Luigi’s Italian Restaurant next door. Very Good!

The hotel entrance is nice and breakfast was very good (had freash scrambled eggs and sausage). Unfortunately, there were alot more negative then good due to the excessive noise lasting for hrs each night until 10pm and maintenance went into my room without my knowledge or request and removed the table from the living area.

Probably due to the many construction workers staying but the floors were very dirty with clumps of dirt EVERYWHERE even late at night when we checked in and the crews would have already been in their rooms for hours. All dirt still everywhere the next morning. Breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating. Desk staff sat slouched over in their seats as if it was an inconvenience to deal with you. We thought from the Expedia photos it looked like a newer LaQuinta that we have stayed in before, but this was very run down even though it wasn't that old. Probably won't trust the brand again for a future stay.

Hey Beth,Sorry about your recent experience at our property. We are currently under renovation but the dirt and debris are coming from one of our local construction crews that are checked-in. I have requested that they clean their boots or wear protective gear (that we provide) while they are here, but its a harder practice than command. Really friendly staff and clean room. The hotel is a little noisy from hwy outside and I was near the elevator. Pillows were all a bit hard but overall a nice place.

This was a gross place. I hope they're just renovating. But also, our room smelled like cigarettes. We had to get one of the front desk to print a note stating we didn't smoke in there so we wouldn't get charged. Bed was super comfy though, that's all I could say positive.

Hey Kristen,Sorry about the smoke smell present in the room. We are supposed to be a 100% non-smoking facility and are proud of that statement. Its frustrating when others do not care about the time and care we take to provide that linear experience to everyone and just do what they want to do, which in turn is passed onto the following guests. We do have a "Smoking Treatment" we are supposed to perform on a smoked in room but it seems like the service was not performed prior to your stay and I am truly sorry for that. They were nice, but i booked an executive king bed room and paid in advance just to get there and be told it wasnt available and had to get a room with 2 smaller beds and smaller bathroom. The place was under construction, which wasn't told to us when booking on the website so the pool was closed and the halls smelled of plaster. Wasn't treated badly just disappointed that any plans to relax and enjoy our space didnt happen.

The hotel was under renovations which was not updated in their profile so the pool and jacuzzi were closed upon arrival. The television in our room did not work because the outlet it was plugged into didn’t work after having to move it to a different outlet. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Property under renovation. There was no notification prior to arrival. I was given a room on the 3rd floor on the far end of the hall. Although when I registered by phone I requested a room on the 1st floor and convenient to the elevator, the desk clerk said that there was no record of my request. ( I am 82 years old and my maltipoo was with me.) The room I was given was not fully furnished. So, at my request I was moved to another room on the 2nd floor,. It also was as far from the elevator as it could possibly be! Very inconvenient! The only thing positive I can say is that the cleaning staff were friendly.

The room is much too dark, and on top of that, 1 of the few lights had a burned out bulb. Staff were exceptionally helpful and were having to work around construction mess. We have stayed here several times and do like the facility. Great breakfast.

They were remodeling walls and the pool/hot tub area, which were closed, and there was paint and drywall mud tracked and spilled on floors, Workers were using the luggage carts to hold and transport their wood. Rooms were updated and painted, but shower fixture was not. It was old and leaked water on the backside of showerhead. Front desk notified. I also had to ask for and replace a bulb in one bedside lamp. We've stayed at this location many times over the past 6 years and never had any major issues. There also was a female desk clerk that seemed more interested in talking to her "male friend" that was there than me while getting checked in. The breakfast was okay...not as good as usual. The eggs were not the best we've had. They were tough and dry, not fluffy.

The property is being remodeled, which is fine, but rooms should be finished if booking a guest in a room. Our bathroom had an electrical outlet without a plate cover with just masking tape over it. There were no towel rods and the sink didn’t have a stopper, which is not good for a contact lens wearer. There is a smoke detector right above your the bed that flashes a light throughout the night, which disturbed our sleep.Breakfast is not served until 7:00, which is late for people traveling across country. The gentleman working the desk in the morning was very nice and did allow us the get some breakfast which was mostly set up by 5:45. I don’t know why they just don’t start serving at 6:00, if the food is already out. There was also a lot of drywall dust and mud that could have been swept up in the halls and elevator. We were disappointed in our stay
