Put away your Honey-Do list at home & come stay at Honey Bear Haven. This retreat will make you forget about your hectic work week as you lounge & sleep in style. Located on the 5th floor of one of the most luxurious condo buildings, come enjoy all Waco has to offer - Fabled Bookstore, Spice Market, eclectic Austin Ave. & Magnolia Silos within walking distance! Wifi, designated parking & a well stocked kitchen provide all the luxuries you need for a cozy stay in Wacotown! Let's go, Honey!!!!

Decorated in a modern, yet cozy style, this condo has it all! Enjoy the wonderful view and feel a part of downtown while sleeping in a private bedroom at night. This condo includes one bedroom with King size bed, one bath and a queen size sleeper sofa bed in the living area. Likewise, all the amenities are included - coffee bar, personal toiletry items and more. This is a must stay!

Guests will have access to the entire condo with exception of one locked closet.

A ramp at the back of the building makes for easy access and there are two elevators inside the building.

There is a Cuisinart coffee maker. Holds pods and has conventional maker. We do provide pods, sweeteners, and creamer for your stay.

We have a Smart TV in the living and bedroom with streaming apps and cable with local channels.

Families - we do have a pack 'n play.

This was our second time staying at the Berhen lofts and it has never disappointed . Check-in is a breeze. Wonderful location with the silos/restaurants near by. We will for sure be staying at the Behrens again.

Right at home

We had a great trip to Waco and this loft was the perfect location. We could see the Silos lit up at night from our window. We had everything we needed and parking was never an issue. We loved the decor and overall feel of Honeybear Haven. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend!!

Weekend Get-a-way

The condo was excellent in every way possible. We decided to have a quick weekend trip to Waco from our home in Spring, TX. We were able to walk to the Silo’s, great food, and the Baylor Campus which is beautiful. My wife found amazing shopping nearby and I was have to find a sports bar next door. Win-Win. The bed was amazing, and they had everything a space

Weekend Stay

My family and I were in town for the weekend visiting Baylor. We were very impressed with this property. Plenty of room for the three of us, great amenities and great location. The decor is very warm and comfortable. We highly recommend this property!

PERFECT

Honey Bear Haven was PERFECT! If I could give this rental 10 stars - I would. This is our 3rd VRBO and this is the BEST one yet! It will be hard to find one to top it. I will recommend this location to anyone and if we make it back to Waco...we will be staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay; we didn't want to leave.

This place was great! It had everything I needed, and the location was perfect for me since I needed close access to the airport. The sound of the train wasn’t an issue at all. I truly appreciated the parking spot—we parked in the lot on the corner, so we could see our car right out the window.The living space was wonderful, with modern appliances, a cozy vibe, a comfortable bed and pull-out bed, a double sink (always a winner), and a setup that made it easy to work remotely. The window view was perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets, as well as for seeing Baylor University. We even used the gym. I highly recommend this place!

The accommodations and locations were perfect!!! It felt like home while we were on vacation!!

This is the perfect location for a visit to Waco. Almost everything we wanted to do on our trip was nearly walking distance, plus it has a perfect 5th floor view of the Magnolia Silos and Baylors campus. It’s dead center of tourist destinations. Dr Pepper museum across the street, Magnolia a few blocks away, Waco tours nearby, lots of great places to eat nearby, this really couldn’t have been a better location for us. Very nice apparent with a big king bed. So much better than a hotel!

Anniversary trip

We arrived to a very nice and safe property that was located within walking distance to the Magnolia Market area. The apartment was very nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. It was a great sized placed for the 2 of us. The whole place was extremely quiet and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view was remarkable! We would recommend this property to anyone! We hope to be able to visit here again in the near future.

Conveniently located

There was so much to do within walking distance of our property. Very well updated and cared for! The only thing I would change is the outlets in the bathroom are not very practical for a hair dryer and heating element(like curling iron) at the same time. Other than that, it was perfect!

This was our second stay at the Behrens. The only minor issue was the assigned parking space was already taken by someone with Florida tags. We opted to park in the lot next to the apolstry business that was well lit & visible from our window

Location!!

Best location! We originally wanted to stay in a single family house close to Waco. I’m so glad we chose this condo/loft instead. The loft is very walkable to everything downtown including Dr. Pepper, Magnolia, restaurants, and a very short drive to Baylor. The building and loft are both very clean and comfortable and sits right next to a cozy coffee shop/ book store. Parking is abundant even with your reserved parking spot. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again when in the area.

Great stay at the Honeybear Haven!

What an incredible place to call home for our short visit to Waco! The renovated loft was beautifully appointed and we had all the comforts and conveniences of home. Our trip was to visit the Silos and it was in walking distance and just a short drive to Magnolia Table. Great communication from the hosts before, during and right after our stay. They thought of everything to make our stay comfy/cozy and convenient. We opted to park in the overflow parking lot across the street where there was more room and we could see our car right out the living room windows. Will definitely stay again!

The perfect Waco loft.

My wife and I love this place. We spent 3 days for her birthday. A few minute walk to the silos and several other shops. We loved overlooking the Magnolia property from the living room. Found a great food place just around the corner called Union Hall with about every type of food you could want. The loft itself was beautiful. Super quiet. Decorated perfectly. Management made the entire process as easy as it could have been. We will stay here again for sure!

Perfect location! Great unit!

I’d give this place a 10 if possible. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was how immaculately clean the unit is. The unit is in perfect condition and very well managed. It’s centrally located to everything we wanted to do in downtown so we were able to walk everywhere. For being downtown we were surprised at the overall cleanliness and calmness of the city. The Magnolia Silos are much closer that we thought and the view of the silos was such a treat. My kids loved watching the train pass one block over (so did we). There was plenty of room for all of us (2 adults, 1 child & 1 baby). The pack n play provided is really good quality and even has a fitted sheet for the mattress. If I had to give any feedback I would suggest installing a full length mirror. I would absolutely book again and recommend for friends to stay here. Donnie and Jess were very quick to respond. Quicker that any host I’ve worked with before. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
