\- This is 4-Bedrooms Beachfront private Pool Villa in wonderful Hồ Tràm Sanctuary Beach Resort with a private beach, just about 2 hours drives from Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam  
\- Land area: 600m2, private pool  
\- 4 double bedroom villa (queen size) + 4 bathrooms (included 1 bathroom outside the room)  
\- The master bedroom has an additional large balcony. Downstairs there is a huge open plan kitchen/living room with folding glass doors that completely open on to the pool, beachfront.  
\- This villa can accommodate up to 10 adults + 4 children (1 extra mattress will be provided)  
\- Kitchen is fully equipped. Cooking, BBQ activities are allowed in the villa.

\- Kayaks,gym, tennis court, volleyball are available for you to use (free of charge)  
\-Jetski service is available upon request (with charge)  
\- There is a children’s playground in the resort (free of charge).  
\- The villa’s garage can accommodate 2 car but there are other parking spaces within the resort for additional cars.  
\- Fresh seafood is available 200m away from the resort.  
\- Restaurants/food shops are about 200m away from the resort.  
\- Hamptons Pier is 3km away from the resort.

Incredible location, amazing amenities, safe, and restaurant that delivers incredible local and western food right to your day. This villa looks exactly like its pictures. We are most grateful for our host, he ensured we were able to see sites and went out of his way to ensure we had an authentic experience by taking us to local restaurants, sites and tours. All at a very affordable price. Highly recommend!
