Villa Kikiza is a single-family house spanning two stories, offering a luxurious vacation rental experience. Situated in Dušina, Croatia, it boasts a private property spanning 3,500 square meters with a lush lawn and a wildlife garden. The property features a stunning swimming pool (9 x 5 meters, 1.5 meters deep) with an internal staircase, available seasonally from May 1st to October 1st. Additionally, it provides a paddling pool, an outdoor shower, a hot tub, a spacious terrace (100 square meters), garden furniture, and a barbecue area. The property also offers internet access, a sauna, and a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. Parking is available on the premises for up to four cars.

When you embark on your vacation, you will be accommodated in a spacious 7-room house spanning 380 square meters across two levels. The main floor features a grand dining room measuring 80 square meters, complete with a television and international TV channels, as well as air conditioning for your comfort. The open kitchen is well-equipped with two hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, two gas rings, a kettle, microwave, grill, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
On the upper floor, you will find a living/dining room with a television, international TV channels, and air conditioning, leading out to a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. One of the six bedrooms on this level features two beds and an en-suite shower/WC, while the remaining five bedrooms each have a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC. Another open kitchen is available on this level, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, catering to all your culinary needs. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. The property features air-conditioning and forced-air heating, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.

The house boasts two balconies, complete with balcony furniture and deck chairs, allowing you to soak in the surroundings.
