Luxury Villa Krk 2 Vrbnik with heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna is located in Vrbnik, on Krk, the largest island in Croatia, just 250 m from the sea and just 12 minutes walk the beach. This modern luxury villa is the perfect place to explore the rich history of Vrbnik and enjoy Vrbnička žlahtina, a high quality white wine produced only in this area. Guests also have access to and outdoor heated pool, a sand sports court, complete with a sea view and a beautiful olive grove.  
Luxury Villa Krk 2 Vrbnik with sea view offers luxury accommodation in 200 square meters of living space, on two floors, (ground floor and first floor) and a plot of land of about 500 square meters. The villa has a spacious living room, a modern fully equipped kitchen with all a kitchen island, all the necessary kitchen appliances, including: an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, ice maker, dishwasher, cutlery, drinkware, coffee machine, BBQ grill and utensils, kitchen towels and dishes and cutlery. There is also a dining area with a table for 8, a cozy living room with air-condition and floor heating, a luxurious sofa for lounging, SMART TV, Netflix, and Sonos speakers.  
The spacious living and dining area opens into a patio with an outdoor seating and dining area, with an outdoor gas BBQ grill, a jacuzzi, a 50m2 private heated pool, an outdoor shower, and a fire pit for a cozy summer evening.  
3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with floor heating, a king size bed, and en-suite bathrooms with shower are located on the first floor and each bedroom has a balcony with a stunning sea view. There is an additional bedroom with a single bed and a work desk, appropriate for children and young adults, as the bed is for one person. The villa has 3 luxurious bathrooms with free toiletries, and 1 guest toilet. The villa can accommodate 6 + 1 people (6 adults and 1 child). Guests have access to 3 private parking spaces, a concierge service and a villa manager, to help you organize your trip and your time.
