The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of town. The domicile is popular because of the view from the property of the forests and the quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly accommodation. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site. Smoking facility, children's bicycles included. Mini-golf, skittles, slide, basketball, volleyball. 3 fitness devices, shower/WC on the ground floor. Nintendo Wii. Karaoke bar with TV, DVD, fridge, kitchenette, and CD stereo system on the ground floor. Options to order: car rental, tourist services, transfer from airport or train station (please pre-order). Finnish sauna for about 3 people including equipment (essence, towels, massage shower), it is a Finnish sauna with an electric heater with stones that are doused with special water and essences. The villa is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot and waterfront property with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
