« Pros: Das Chalet war sehr gut ausgestattet, in schöner ruhiger Aussichtslage und durch den Blockhauscharakter urgemütlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Cons: Die Kommunikation war durch die unterschiedlichen Kanäle nicht kundenfreundlich. Gebucht wurde über ferienwohnungen.de und deren App installiert. Mehrere Aufforderungen zur Eingabe der persönlichen Daten kamen dann von holidu, aber keine Bestätigung, ob die Daten auch beim Gastgeber angekommen sind. Diesen habe ich einmal per Email...
