### Lovely holiday home near the beach

This beautiful holiday home is the perfect place for peace and relaxation, far away from the stressful everyday life. Here it is the crackling fire of the stove, the glow of the candles and board games that win over social media. The holiday home is located on a 1,186 m2 plot in the second row facing Avnø Fjord.  
  
  
  
Already at first glance you can see the classic look of the holiday home with its red-painted wooden facade and white frames around the barred windows. At the same time, the front door opens up to a cozy interior with white-painted floors and walls as well as a lovely interior, which all set the stage for wonderful holidays.  
  
  
  
There is room for socializing and good times in the living room, which has a wood-burning stove and double patio door to the beautiful garden.  
  
  
  
In addition, there are two rooms with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. In the living room is a sofa bed for 2 people - space for a total of 6 people.  
  
  
  
Furthermore, a functional kitchen is ready for you to create wonderful meals together. There is one bathroom in the house with a shower.  
  
  
  
The large plot spreads out around the house, and provides space for play and activities as well as relaxation. In addition to the lush, green garden with e.g. fruit trees that create privacy, you can enjoy several beautiful terrace areas, of which the large wooden terrace in connection with the house stands out in particular - it has sun from morning to evening and a practical outdoor kitchen.  
  
  
  
However, it is also worth highlighting the 'terrace tower', which provides you with two sunny cozy nooks, the upper part of which provides you with an absolutely fantastic view of the treetops  
  
and the green surroundings.  
  
  
  
The holiday home is located in a peaceful area that is particularly known for its beautiful nature. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the coastal stretch with a footpath along the water and a bathing beach, so you can enjoy a refreshing dip on hot summer days.  
  
  
  
The area is home to many lovely beaches and large natural areas, and as the icing on the cake, you can within a short 10 minutes' drive reach Vordingborg city.

Die Unterkunft ist schon sehr abgewohnt. Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände könnten erneuert werden. Auch an der Sauberkeit bei Beginn gab es Mängel. Man merkt schon, dass das Objekt verkauft werden soll. Die Ruhe der Umgebung hat uns gefallen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen NT
