Nice hotel but a bit dated. The pool was nice. The location is great. Lovely walk into the town centre. There is no air conditioning so had to have to balcony doors open and it was quite noisy. The main issue was the fold down bed was missing 2 slats right in the middle which made it very uncomfortable. Mentioned it to the staff in the morning and didn’t even get an apology - they just noted it down.
Good, extensive breakfast.
Bad Mergentheim is a lovely town - highly recommend a visit.

I appreciated that the hotel is conveniently located near the central train station, and it was also very clean. However, there was no hairdryer provided, so I had to stay up late waiting for my hair to dry. Additionally, the bed was extremely soft, which made it less comfortable for me. Also, the fridge in the room was also not working and had an unpleasant smell.
