"First of all the negative things we renting a room that was small the bed was in one corner and we had to climb all over each other to get out of bed the main problem with this room is outside the window is a plant room for the aircon units in the rooms and it kept us up all night, In the morning I asked if we could move to a better room even know I had to pay another £30\. The positives the rooms were very clean and tidy the swimming pool and steam room's was excellent and all staff was very helpful and polite. "

"Hotel is in an ideal location, we used the swimming pool which was good fun with our 1yr old. The staff were amazing when our child was suddenly sick in the night. Their staff cleaned our whole room, changed beds and gave extra towels and sheets; they were so helpful we appreciated it. Breakfast is really nice too and easy to help yourself "

It was spacious and spotlessly clean.The rest of the hotel had undergone a refurb too and looked wonderful. The main thing to commend was the staff, who were delightful, friendly and helpful.
