Total tranquility in the heart of the unspoiled Charolais countryside (partly protected in Natura 2000 & ZNIEFF Zones for its rich fauna & flora), nestled in a "cul de sac" on the edge of a small rural residential hamlet, on the edge of wooded meadows welcoming the famous Charolais cows & horses (in season). Exceptional 1-hectare property, largely "natural" (with a small private forest dotted with paths), bordered by a bucolic river teeming with fish (beaches accessible by boat available), literally an intimate, private natural setting and a true "adventure and play area" for children.
