"The Jungalow was just as pictured - a beautiful house nestled in the rainforest near Volcano National Park. Proximity to the park was perfect and let us get a good start to our day. The kitchen, bathrooms, and linen closet were stocked with all the necessities. The fireplace, heated blankets, and space heaters kept us warm on the cold, spring nights. One tip for guests - there is very, very limited eating & grocery shopping in the area. Next time, I would stock up before I left Hilo."

"A wonderful home with unique layout and thoughtful design throughout. Comfortable and inviting. Good location near Volcano village and Nt'l Park though a bit hard to find on bumpy side road. Great spaces to sit outdoors. Kids stayed downstairs. Separate outdoor entrance for downstairs bedroom and bath which was fine for us but may not be for families with younger kids. All in all we loved the place."

"Amazing location for Volcano National Park. We loved this house but we were hardly there! We booked two nights but explored on our road trip there so much that we got there late. Then the next day we hiked 8 miles in The park. It was great to come back to that hot tub. The house is gorgeous and worked great for our family of four adults. Wish we had more time here. So peaceful!"
