Very beautiful 2-family house, 2 storeys, surrounded by vineyards. In the resort 450 m from the centre of Bischoffingen, 2.5 km from the centre of Vogtsburg am Kaiserstuhl, 11 km from the centre of Breisach, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 4 km from the lake, 5 km from the river. Parking at the house. Restaurant 700 m, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Bischoffingen Amthofplatz" 300 m, railway station "Burkheim Bischoffingen" 1.4 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.9 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Breisach am Rhein 11 km, Freiburg 24 km, Europapark 25 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Burkheimer Baggersee 4 km. Hiking paths: Kaiserstuhl 100 m, Elsass / Frankreich 12 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Cosy furnishings: large living/sleeping room with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed (70 cm, length 200 cm), dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). With sloping ceilings kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Heating. Large balcony 15 m2\.
