Majmajola is a beautiful villa located in a sunny position, 8 km from the sea in Pazin, Croatia. The two-storey vacation rental boasts a private, fenced property spanning 6,300 square meters with lush lawns, trees, and a seasonal angular swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 140 cm depth). The property offers ample outdoor space with a terrace, barbecue area, and a children's playground. Inside, you'll find modern amenities like internet WiFi, a sauna, fitness room, table tennis, table football, air conditioning, washing machines, and parking for up to four cars.  
  
Outdoors  
The villa's private outdoor space is truly remarkable, with a fenced property spanning 6,300 square meters. Enjoy the lush lawn and trees that surround the property, creating a tranquil oasis. Take a refreshing dip in the angular swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 140 cm depth), which is available seasonally from April 1st to November 1st and features a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Relax on the 30-square-meter terrace, fire up the barbecue, or let the children play on the playground equipped with a slide and swing. The owner/gardener maintains the pool, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable outdoor experience.  
  
Other Information  
The villa offers additional amenities to enhance your stay, including internet access, a sauna, a fitness room, table tennis, and table football. Laundry facilities, with a washing machine and tumble dryer, are also available for your convenience. Please note that the owner does not accept groups or youth groups. Additionally, there is a separate building on the property with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining table, satellite television, air conditioning, and a fireplace.

The villa is conveniently located just 4 km from Vodnjan and offers easy access to nearby attractions. Shops and restaurants are merely 4 meters away, while a bus stop and railway station are located 4 km and 15 km away, respectively. For those seeking beach adventures, a pebble beach and rocky beach are both situated 8 km from the property. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the riding stable 15 km away, walking paths just 100 meters from the house, and a cycle lane within 150 meters. Additionally, a ferry is available 15 km from the villa, providing convenient access to nearby destinations.

You will stay in a spacious 7-room villa spanning 350 square meters across two levels, tastefully furnished with a living/dining room that features an open-hearth fireplace for decoration purposes and satellite TV with a flat screen. The villa provides direct access to the swimming pool from the living/dining area and one of the bedrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom with a French bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, along with a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, bidet, toilet, and double hand basin, as well as satellite TV. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower room, a separate toilet, and another room. Upstairs, you'll find another living/dining area, a bedroom with two beds measuring 80 cm by 200 cm, a shower room with bidet and toilet, and satellite TV. This room also leads to a terrace. There is a walk-through room with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm, a shower room with bidet and toilet, and satellite TV. The final bedroom features two beds measuring 80 cm by 200 cm, satellite TV, and access to another terrace.
